Sharon Poulin Clinic-

There is no closing date for the May 15^th clinic so it is open until filled.  Brandywine is offering stalls for the clinic at $25.00 a stall plus a 20.00 cleaning deposit.  Please bring own bedding and stall cleaning equipment.

2010 Directory-

The directory will be the same as last year.  The deadline to advertise in the directory is June 15^th.  Any Ads purchased after June 15^th will be on our website only.  Volunteers are needed for Sponsorships and Stephanie Mills has offered to help.

Trainer Clinic Series-

These clinics will be held at Brandywine stables and are offered to any trainer in the area who is a member of Dancing Horse.  DHD will cover the cost of insurance for the facility but trainers must have insurance to participate.

Membership Costs-

USDF is raising rates as of Dec. 1^st 2010.  Dues for Group Member will increase from $17.00 to $20.00 for Individual Members and Primary Family Members and from $8.00 to $10.00 for Supporting Family Members.  Due to this increase DHD will need to increase fees to $45.00 for Individual and Primary Family Members and $30.00 for Youth and Trainer memberships.

Fall show series-

Entry fees for DHD fall dressage series have increased to $20.00 per class for members and $25.00 for nonmembers with a $10.00 office fee.  There will be no $2.00 refund fee for numbers.

It was decided that Stephanie Mills will be the Photographer at the Sharon Poulin Clinic.

At the May meeting DHD will be going over the bylaws to get our calendar year to coincide with the USDF calendar yr.
