- Due to the missing November meeting minutes and lack of quorum at December meeting, voting postponed to January Banquet Meeting. Current nominations are:

- Year End Results have been posted on the DHD website.
- January 23, 2010 tentatively at Squid Lips in Melbourne from 4-6 pm.
- Kit Coble to confirm location and time. Menu will be a limited selection from restaurant menu. Banquet attendees will cover personal meal costs that day. Kit will check as to our ability to bring in a cake.
- Sandy to mail invitations to non-members receiving awards and DHD sponsors, Barbara to email evite members receiving awards and general membership.
- Nominations for Special Awards: Barbara to email membership for nominations Sportsmanship, Carstensen Service Award & Non-Member Service Award. Nominations to be received by proposed Jan 1 deadline. Board to vote thru email on received nominees.
- Future Events:
- 2010 Fall Show Series. Dates considered Sept 12; Oct 24; Nov 21. Barbara to check on availability of Wickham Park for show date plus Saturday before for set up. Fall Series to possibly include the Prix Caprilli Classes again as well as some special pony/youth dressage classes. Sandy to work up a proposed class list.
- Pony/youth classes brought about by joining forces with a new program Susanne Benne is trying to get off the ground in Central Florida. Sandy attended pilot program meeting held by Susanne in late November. Pony program to loosely follow Lendon Gray's "Dressage For Kids" program in the North East. Susanne had asked if DHD would be interested in being a show venue for the program. Members in attendance agreed to give it a try. Sandy will work with Susanne to see which classes might work for both this program and DHD.
- Clinics:
- DHD would like to try and host at least one clinic in Spring with a notable clinician. Claudia offered to contact Cathy Connelly for a possible April clinic. Mary offered to contact Michael or Sharon Poulin if Cathy is not available. Other names suggested were Jody Kelly of NW Florida and Michelle Gerlache of SW Florida. Members agreed to try for a "big" name first.
